Me on a Good Day

Day 34 of viral infection. Shockingly: I look no different than usual! I've never properly tried a self portrait before, so I gave it a quick shot. Instead of making myself a cute anime character or pony, I drew what I saw: wrinkles and all! I even managed to perfectly capture my smile!

Bill Cipher

"Remember: reality is an illusion, the universe is a hologram! Buy gold! Bye!" One of my new favourite villains, the living conspiracy theory, Bill Cipher from Gravity Falls. This was another impulse illustration (that I finished at 3am. again.) His simplistic design allowed for a fast illustration and I'm happy with him.

1920s Wreck-It Ralph

"Hoh-ho! Ah'm gonna wreck it, Felix! Hoh-ho!" Guys! I just discovered something huge: Wreck-It Ralph was created at the same time as Mickey Mouse in the late 1920s! Here's proof: an old postcard I found at a car boot sale! This is massive: tell all your friends!

Princess Unikitty

So today I drew Princess Unikitty from The Lego Movie... What? It can't all be superheroes! I had fun using different textures for this one and was able to complete it in one day. It was a complete impulse illustration, but I am proud of the outcome!

Drax The Destroyer

The Guardians series returns! The big green meanie himself: Drax the Destroyer! I had fun with this one and it was surprisingly fast how I worked on it (an entire day: a new record!) I decided to incorporate his comic tattoos and markings, as they match the more simplistic style I am aiming for with this series, as well as staying true to the character's roots. With promotion for the film heating up, I can't wait to see Dave Bautista portray this badass on screen!

The Mixup

I have returned to the illustration game! I was having a bit of trouble with my new laptop Ripley, as well as my version of Illustrator. I'm still working out the kinks, but here we are. I call this one 'The Mixup,'
tending to the incredibly niche market of Evil Dead/Gravity Falls fans.
